An independent institution safeguarding rights and establishing justice

The Central Bar Association is an independent civil institution rooted in the legal community. Its mission is to safeguard the independence of the legal profession, uphold the right to a defence, and protect citizens’ rights and freedoms. We believe that lawyers’ independence is a prerequisite for a fair trial and a guarantee of the right of access to justice.
